With debut and goals by exchange athlete André, Ivo10 Brazil wins 2ª Copa Estrela

The Ivo10 Brazil Football Academy Under-17 team won its first title in 2023, and undefeated. With six undeniable victories, the team from Teutônia (RS) did not give their opponents a chance, confirming their favoritism and becoming champions of the 2ª Copa Estrela. Exchange athlete André, who recently arrived from the Macau unit of Ivo10, debuted with Teutônia (RS) shirt team and has already scored his first two goals in Brazil.

The competition was held between the 22nd and 26th of July, in the city of Estrela (RS). In the six victories achieved in the six games played, Ivo10 Brazil scored 29 goals and conceded only two. The Academy's top scorer in the Copa Estrela was Gean, with six hits. Goalkeeper Diego, less leaked, was chosen the best of the competition.

Dullius and Cauã Azevedo also scored three goals each; Eliandro, Fred, Vitão, Erick Henrique and André, from Macau, with two; and Mano, Bozzetti, Pedro Gomes, Luigi, Otávio, Daniel, Pinheiro and Paulinho, with one goal each.

The debut in the 2ª Copa Estrela was against Aimoré-RS, with a 5-1 victory. Still in the first phase, they defeated EC Gaúcho-RS, by 12-1; and Nova Estrela-RS, by 4 to 1. In the quarterfinals, another elastic score: 4 to 1 over Aimoré B-RS. The sefiminal, against Pégasus-RS, more balanced, with a result of 2 to 0. Already the grand final, against ALE-RS, another 2 to 0 and the title confirmed.

The Ivo10 Brazil Sub-17 team continues in two more competitions this season: Campeonato Liga Serrana and Gauchão Noligafi. Since its foundation, on May 10, 2021, the Academy has held the titles of the Bicampeonato Liga Serrana Sub-15 and Sub-17 2020/2021, the Bicampeonato Gauchão Noligafi 2020/2021, the Tricampeonato Gauchão Noligafi Sub-15 2020/2021/ 2022 and the 7th Taquari Under-15 Grassroots Soccer Cup 2023.
